helpful staff superb breakfast early morning noise room placement
The staff were always helpful! and the front desk was quick when I needed dinner reservations, though they offered alternatives too. The rooms were perfect for my stay and breakfast was superb each morning.
I could hear people outside my room around 4-5 in the morning. I requested rooms near each other with a friend, though they weren't. I found this quite inconvenient.

convenient location available staff helpful staff power shower
the hotel boasts its own water taxi stop , a significant advantage for arrival and departure. the location is central , near key attractions. staff members were always available and helpful. i appreciated the power shower in the bathroom.
there were some stairs between the elevator stops , which could be a minor inconvenience.

The hotel had its own water taxi stop, so it was useful when we arrived and left with all our luggage.
I found the breakfast room to be quite small, with a very limited food selection. Many people were crammed into that room during breakfast. It just wasn't comfortable at all. the air conditioning did not seem to work very well.

a romantic getaway in a historical haven
friendly staff good room lovely breakfast effortless check-in
i only stayed one night, but it was like a dream. the staff was friendly, check-in was effortless. they gave me a good room overlooking the piazza. i enjoyed a lovely american breakfast as well.
The decor, while charming, felt slightly dated. It is not a big issue.

The hotel boasts a superb location near attractions. it is situated close to st mark's square. The islands of murano and burano are easily accessible. a vaporetto stop is also conveniently nearby, just a brief walk away.

convenient location helpful staff good breakfast dated room low pressure morning noise
i found the location quite convenient it made exploring so easy. the staff helped me arrange tours and transportation. the breakfast included a good variety of options each morning.
the room i stayed in felt a bit dated. the water pressure in the shower was very low. i noticed some noise from outside early in the morning.
